Indoor Track Season
Our Indoor Track Season is centered around continuing the work and progression from Outdoor Season and providing new athletes exposure to the world of track and field.
Ages
We accept ages 7 - 18 years old
All 9th-12th graders are welcome to train and compete with us until their high school season begins.
When
Season runs from November 7th to February 17th
Where
We have two sites. One site is Homewood-Flossmoor High School and the other side is De La Salle High School.
Practices
HF High School Site practices on Tuesday & Thursday from 6:30-8:30 pm.
De La Salle High School Site practices on Tuesday & Wednesday as well from 5-7:30 pm.
Uniforms
For Returning Athletes: You will use your uniform from outdoor season.
For New Athletes: A uniform is included in your registration and will be provided to the athlete.

- January 11-12, 2025: Speed Capital Midwest Invite - SPIRE Institute, Ohio
- January 12, 2025: Clemson University High School Meet
- February 2025: AAU 14 & Under Indoor Nationals
- March 2025: AAU Indoor Nationals
- March 2025: New Balance Indoor Nationals (Grades 6-12)
